About Us
MapleSeed was founded by Benoit Moreau, PhD in 2025 to help early-stage companies, biotech and CROs with their needs in drug discovery. During his 17 years as a medicinal chemist and scientific leader in pharma and biotech, Benoit has successfully taken early platforms to initiate drug discovery programs, worked collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, made several key design contributions and led project teams to the identification of development candidates across multiple therapeutic areas. He has built strong internal medicinal chemistry teams and managed efficiently large external chemistry teams at CROs in Asia, North America and Europe.
